The story behind the coach

I’m Alejandro Méndez – more than a coach, I’m someone who believes that movement is the foundation of a balanced life.

My journey took me from Spain, across Europe, before arriving in the United Arab Emirates.

Those years, spent in demanding environments, taught me that true strength comes not only from muscles, but from consistency and mindset.

Today, I am in Dubai to share my philosophy: science-based training and a lifestyle.
